Some behind the scenes footage of the creation of my most recent AR sculpture, the 28th Metaphyla specimen, The Iris.

This piece is inspired by insidious AI, manipulative algorithms, screen addiction and biomimicry. Entirely hand sculpted in VR, 3D printed, hand painted then augmented with an embedded touch screen which displays hypnotic animated appendages.
