The Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Manipur, announces the CM Scholarship Scheme 2026–27 to support Civil Services aspirants through scholarships and quality coaching.

🔹 Total scholarship worth: ₹2.80 crore
🔹 Eligible candidates: Permanent residents of Manipur, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria
