Mansun's Three EP turns 30!
Released across two CDs and a 7" vinyl, lead track "Stripper Vicar" gave the band their first UK Top 20 hit, entering the charts at #19, accompanied by a music video filmed among the medieval ruins of Llanthony Priory in Wales.

Part One brought a radio-friendly jolt, while Part Two unlocked the soaring experimental rock that defined their ambitious second album, Six.

Eight EP aka the 'Legacy EP' was released on this day in 1998. Legacy preceded the forthcoming second album 'Six' as one of the more 'radio friendly' tracks and scored the band their highest charting single at #7.

Mansun's TWO EP is 30!
"Take It Easy Chicken" was the band's first ever recording back in 1995 under the original "Manson" name. Re-recorded as the lead track for 1996's Two EP, it gave the band their second Top 40 entry.
