Great @DHSCgovuk published Draft #MentalHealth Bill 2022 for pre-leg scrutiny with inclusion of core @WesselyS review recs - although where are the CYP orgs in acknowledging / responding to this - the draft side-steps important reforms required to enhance CYP rights & protections
