#AD Start with 10 minutes of movement, it can support both body and spirit, helping with energy, mood, and even sleep.
Walking to church, moving in worship, taking a prayer walk… These simple moments have become my way of moving more intentionally in everyday life.
I’m really glad to be part of the @thisgirlcanuk campaign, because it shows that movement can start right where we are, in the routines we already live.
What does movement look like in your everyday life? I’d love to hear.

Songs of the Front Room is an immersive live theatre, music and cultural experience inspired by the sounds, stories and spirit of the Windrush generation and the communities that transformed ordinary front rooms into places of worship, resilience, celebration and belonging.
Blending live music, storytelling, heritage, gospel, soul, Caribbean influences and spoken reflection, this special evening invites audiences into the atmosphere of the traditional front room — a place where families gathered, music played, faith was nurtured and identity was preserved across generations.
Featuring special guest performances from Jason Nicholson-Porter, Volney Morgan & New Ye, and Alberta Darbo, the evening journeys through hymns, choruses, memories, moments of laughter and reflection, and songs connected to the wider creative world of A Dream Across the Ocean.
Hosted by Bishop Shacklefoot, audiences become part of the experience as the Front Room comes to life around them. More than a concert, Songs of the Front Room is a celebration of culture, community, faith, memory and the power of music and storytelling to bring people together.
Presented in support of the Westbury Community Project.
