@NoEscalators If true that would be interesting. If it’s rigged it probably would explain how the Knicks got to the finals in the first place. League owners are incentived to help the Knicks get as far as possible.
@SuaveCardz@KnicksMuse What a shitty way to process the game. Do you even like this sport? If the refs are rigging it, is that how the Knicks got to the finals? I mean that would make sense as far as how incentives work for NBA owners. It would also explain why the refs usually get calls on their flops
@ohnohedidnt24 It’s almost as if the Knicks are fouling more while, at the same time, being reluctant to drive to the rim (wonder why). It is surprising they aren’t calling the Knicks flops this series though. The flopping definitely helped them get here.
@DylanBackerESM The Knicks should actually try to drive the basket to the rim more instead of flopping and whining to get calls. Were refs giving them these calls for the last 3 series? Is that how they got to the finals? Would explain why Knicks fans are confused about the foul discrepancies
@SuaveCardz@KnicksMuse Do you watch basketball at all? It’s not the job of the ref to make sure both teams have the same amount of free throws. One team fouled more than the other. SMH. Knicks were called for 23 fouls and the Spurs 21 BTW. Your team wasn’t as good as the Spurs this game. Stop whining
@DezBryant People always told us “New York Knows Ball”. Maybe it’s just on X, but the Knicks fans I’ve see on here just constantly whine. If you don’t like the sport, just shut up and stop watching.
@KnicksMuse Knicks fan constantly find something to whine about. Even worse than Thunder fans. Must suck to process the game this way. Like why even watch? SMH.
@RichNice2k1@ChiCityWin@TXForever49 Tickets for OKC as low as $225. The prices quadrupled. I think there’s a misunderstanding of what type of demographic fills those nosebleeds during the regular season and the first few playoff rounds. Now we are basically having to fill nosebleeds with a different demographic.
@RichNice2k1@ChiCityWin@TXForever49 Standard admission for nose bleeds is nearly 1k per ticket. Thats not resellers. San Antonio has one of the lowest household incomes in the country. What did we think was going to happen here? This is not on the ticket members. That narrative is crazy.
@nate_tx@TheCivic Yes, Tourism Tax, Venue Tax, Hotel Tax. Whatever you want to call it, they are directly correlated with the hospitality industry DT. Right now, the most in the hospitality industry DT are experiencing year over year decline in revenue. Hard to imagine the tax will cover our part.
