@joemichalczuk Having a relative in America, I can tell you having private medical care/ health insurance, does not guarantee faster better care. Insurance companies can veto treatment suggested by a health professional , if they, non medical, do not think it’s necessary

@JaneFallon Jane, please discuss with your oncologist about your need for Tamoxifen. I declined to take it, he said that in my case, low grade cancer, er positive, my not taking it didn’t make too much of a difference to my risk of getting it again. Tamoxifen has horrible side effects.
