Precisely- we had a system that informed parents and also used as an effective accountability measure.
Was it not too successful and Ofsted were left to give the tough messages?
People who wanted rid of single word judgments: 'This all seems very complicated.'
People who said they weren't anti-accountability: 'These consequences are outrageous.'
People who didn't like deep dives: 'These judgments won't be valid.'
