What are you doing today that’s going to help you achieve your goals? Are you setting goals for yourself?
Honestly I haven’t since I retired from MMA but now it’s time to get off my 🍑& start going!
Let’s gooooo!
@bisping How he paid attention to detail with every technique. He’d ask questions and we would discuss a technique from how it’s executed and its effectiveness. Definitely a technician in the fight game.
Mark Muñoz "The Filipino Wrecking Machine", with his "Donkey Kong" ground and pound, was an important part of a development in MMA where wrestlers started using wrist and leg rides to bomb on people instead of looking for BJJ control positions and submissions.

Got this video from my good friend #ryanbareng who used to be a member of my #ReignTrainingCenter, a gym I used to own several years ago.
@valiongonzales@demianmaia I believe he caught me in the back of the head and knocked my equilibrium off. Don’t know but it was weird. Had to shake it off and continue.
The submission I went for was a darce choke from the front headlock. I heard him choking but he did a great job at countering it.
When I watch this fight, it’s crazy to think I actually did this. Haha!! How many people in your life that you know punch and kicked people in the face for a living? I would venture to say, “very few.” Haha!

@alliseeisgold This clinic was filled to capacity. We sold out and had 12 mats down in a huge gym at #SanClementeHighSchool
If you’re a wrestler or wrestle in some capacity, you missed out.
This is a video of @alliseeisgold during a designated speaking time for him to influence and impact from his experience and wisdom and not just teaching and coaching them wrestling. But delving deep into their psyche and changing the way they approach life and wrestling.
@alliseeisgold He shared about his faith in God, his family, and all what it took to achieve what he achieved physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Such a great ambassador of our sport of #wrestling and of life!
@alliseeisgold Jordan Burroughs does a masterful job at using wrestling as a vehicle to impart faith, hope, and love. He’s a very influential individual by not only by what he’s achieved in his life (7x Olympic/World gold medals), but by his boldness in sharing how he came to be who he is.
