It’s maybe better to think of Saban Brands as IP house flippers.
They bought a high value under-performing asset and pumped it.
They spent years firing up the engines and spending on international marketing and once the graph peaked and they saw it was all downhill, sold it a massively inflated price. The movie performance wasn’t a coincidence… it was a canary.
