Our cask-aged gin was distilled in London by the Pleasure Gardens Distilling Co. using 13 carefully selected botanicals before it was rested in West Indian Rum casks from the award-winning Foursquare distillery for 6 weeks.
This light coloured gin has sweet floral and citrus notes on the nose. There is rich juniper, hints of spice, citrus, and vanilla on the palate with lingering notes of cinnamon and black pepper to finish.
#ThinkGin is back again with a line-up of debates, masterclasses, tastings and demonstrations in honour of the drink we all love the most.
We're looking forward to attending this next week.
What’s Junipalooza you ask? Let’s break it down:
Juni: an abbreviation of Gin’s signature botanical, juniper.
Palooza: a party, celebration or festival
Want to know how we make our gin?
The botanicals are left to steep in wheat grain spirit overnight, and then carefully distilled, with only the best liquid – the ‘heart cut’ – diluted to 50.2% ABV.
When the lime flowers on the linden trees along the Danube blossom, the honey scent is quite intoxicating. Known by the Romans as the tree of lovers, its tiny flowers are another bee magnet, adding a freshness & distinctively slight sweetness to the flavour of our gin.
