@JoeMelhuish Prob not that healthy but reading the phone stopped me from falling asleep again even though I felt awful lol. Also I’d set up a coffee machine the night before and just switch it on in the morning.

@JoeMelhuish I used to get up at 5:30. It helped doing excercise every day so that I fell asleep quickly and then in the morning when the alarm went off I’d force myself to get out of bed and just go and lie on the sofa reading my phone until I was actually able to get up properly.
