On June 12th, we mark the anniversary of the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act of 1948, the law that first let women serve as permanent, regular members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Today, we honor and thank all the remarkable women who have served for our country.

This partnership establishes a framework for future collaboration between Massachusetts and Saint Lucia and the Bahamas. Partnerships like this strengthen healthcare, education, and tourism for everyone.

Equity lives in everything we do. In healthcare, as in everything, affordability is an equity issue, because high costs hit hardest on those who can least afford them.

Our Administration is doing everything we can to prevent that — from eliminating certain prior authorizations to taking on medical debt — we are working on keeping equity front and center.
