Given the projections of the life we are currently living one thing is clear:

The age of ownership is dead.
Affordability index will insure that in future every is leased in the same way we are now forced to license music & video consumption.

All physical ownership will be optimised for the facilitating of lease agreements on everything in terms of subscriptions.
Already our devices are about making sure we are dependent on subscriptions for experiences.

Home ownership, tvs, phones are all part of the game now. Nobody also will want to commit to long term purchases as job security dwindles.

In the end our country is forever adapting to changes in the market but we are creating very little value over the long term.

As a result, only the few that are able to adapt to market changes or create unique value will be able to eat.
