ceo HARDSCOPE, co-founder, board and former president @draftkings, board & investor w/ daisy audio, ride w/ @celtics, losing gambler. here I updated it for you.
Dani Lever, who once advised Andrew Cuomo's team to "victim shame on the record," is now the head of strategic communications at Kalshi https://t.co/IeKuK4aXvM
@Himothymarx@SenorFluffy33 Oops forgot some! It’s not super crazy, I would say $ 2-3k. The OP card is around 1k market. The 1990 kingpins rookie is very cool but not an auto, still worth having. Legend
Who are they cracking down on, I don’t see any ads just a bunch of organic posts from normal people not tagging ads as such. Def not bought and paid for fake shill posts. I thought the KOLs were posting for free 🤣
NEW: Kalshi now says it prohibits paid creators from calling into question the integrity or accuracy of an election, legal ruling or official determination in connection with an election.
It follows Kalshi cracking down on paid affiliates who were spreading misinformation about California's election.
Polymarket has not responded to questions about whether it is acting on paid affiliates amplifying election misinfo, nor if it has any rules against it.
@BobbyAllyn When it’s all bought and paid for, they decide what is posted and what’s not posted. Thats why you need to disclose them as ads so consumers understand the posts are bought and paid for by Kalshi marketing, not real human opinions.
The Better Business Bureau has launched an inquiry into whether Kalshi is breaking federal advertising disclosure rules, per @InGameHQ

Why do so many of the pro gamblers on Kalshi behave this way. Top reason why all peer to peer games get the life sucked out of them by pros and normal people leave so you can all play with yourselves.
In a largely unprecedented financial concession to give roster flexibility to a contender, New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson has agreed on a four-year, $156.5 million extension, his agent Sam Rose of CAA tells ESPN --- $113M less guaranteed than he’s eligible to receive in one year.
It’s safe to assume every single mention of exchange betting on social media by anyone on your timeline is a bought and paid for affiliate post, or someone making money from it (pro gamblers / wall st market makers or works for a platform) who want casuals comfy in the sharktank
@alch3my101@LibFrog@Kalshi If people were over the top wrong about exchanges in the other way, I’d defend them too. I think they should exist. It just so happens that’s not the situation & Kalshi is a particularly bad actor when it comes to false marketing practices so it needs to be called out.
@LibFrog@alch3my101@Kalshi It’s not my evidence it’s been published by actual reporters with the Kalshi data I think they called them “extortionists” or something after then retracted lol
