@Rodw33381986@alex_mangov@DaveTaylorNews@doublewideMAGA Then don't sell it as a way to fix the housing crisis, it will do nothing for it, if the government/greens wants to do it to increase tax revenue, fair enough, but be upfront about it, but until supply is increased, or demand decreased, there is not going to be a change
@Rodw33381986@alex_mangov@DaveTaylorNews@doublewideMAGA Because getting rid of those things will encourage investment in more housing supply. The issue with the housing atm is a lack of supply and too much demand. Changing neg gearing/CGT is not going to encourage supply, we need it to be cheaper to build and incentive moving regional
@ilovetheblues4 They are also the only Victorian team not based in Melbourne, so don't understand your point. Hasn't seemed to affect Hawthorn or Richmond. Maybe you should be more focused on how your team is run and coached and players developed rather than looking for excuses.
@joegarra61@TcameronTodd They were too busy sending bikies and thugs into construction sites to bully and harass non union members. To think that the CFMEU, or alot of other unions, actually care about workers rights and protections is laughable. They are interested in greasing delegates pockets.
@pauloliver9999@joegarra61 Maybe, but the budget cuts to health are real, so doesn't really matter who reports them. Dan's financial mismanagement has finally caught up with the state.
@joegarra61@SimoLove@SkyNewsAust Still following the same playbook from the last 2 decades, promises and headlines, but failure to deliver, and then blame it on the 4 years of Lineral government in that time or on Jeff.
@ms_keyur@traumaticum Couldn't agree more, the proximal T2 nail used only has unicortical options, ideally should get bicortical with standard T2/other nail, or use the 4 proximal screws. Too much rotational force and mobility for the humerus, I equate it to the same reason 6 cortical plates fail.
@traumaticum@bonesmith_@InvictaOrtho It did this as there was too much motion, the 2 unicortical screws proximally combined with the small diameter nail meant there was too much motion. I either try to get 3-4 proximal screws, 2 bicortical screws or a larger diameter nail. The same idea behind 8 cortices in plating.
@KosSamaras@Mongoose8880 18000 people work there and 90000 travellers transit through there everyday. Everyone knew they couldn't deliver 2 major rail projects, but Andrews promised they could, like he did with Comm games, like the more than 50% of schools whose promised infrastructure hasn't been funded
@BuckRod76@CantHelpTheLef1@JamesHa71758102@kram_parko My understanding is they are trained to shoot for the largest surface area, which is the torso. It is not about maiming vs killing, it is about aiming where you have the the best chance of hitting
@farazzledphysio What a misleading post, not that I would have my achilles repaired, but atleast try to be accurate in what is involved. Achilles rupture surgery looks nothing like this.
@DrJesseMorse@Drjasonmatuszak Plenty become asymptomatic with time and appropriate physio/exercise, but then you can't grift patients of 10s of thousands of dollars then.
