@SkyHelpTeam I may of found a fix, well it worked for me. So to settings at bottom of home page, click system management. Select resets and updates and choose refresh apps. Since I did this my issues have gone. Might be lucky but worth a try

@SkyHelpTeam Makes no sense, how come my downstairs puck has no bbc1 and now a blank screen where as before had the issue you reporting but my bedroom puck I can watch the channel with no issues.

Why @SkyHelpTeam cannot i view bbc1. Every other channel is fine. I pay a tv licence also. Sky stream not all it is cracked up to be

Why can’t a British tv provider be decent. Ordered @SkyUK stream with an advert saying 24 hours for delivery. 1 week later and still no sign. I now have to wait for the pucks to be unlinked to my account (72 hours) before they can send some more out. #goningtocancel
