We've announced our £22m NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC): London.
Hosted by @GSTTnhs, it will bring together clinical, academic and community partners across London and beyond, working with our @NIHRARCs to support improvements in health and care across the country.
The new ARC will focus on reducing health inequalities by prioritising research shaped by and reaching London’s most underserved communities.
💬 As Prof @Marianfknight, Scientific Director for NIHR Infrastructure, said: "This new London ARC will play a vital role in turning research into real-world improvements in health and care, generating evidence across the capital that benefits communities nationwide. By bringing together partners from every corner of London, we have a unique opportunity to collaborate, innovate, drive economic growth, and deliver meaningful impact for patients.”
