URA has exceeded the revenue collection target for the month of July by UGX. 93.9b.

Domestic taxes collections amounted to Shs.1.3trillion against a target of Shs.1.2trillion creating a surplus of Shs67.3b, while customs taxes totaled Shs853.4b, with a surplus of Shs26.6b.

In addition, URA expects to receive an extra Shs20b from the Ministry payments for the Pay As You Earn and Withholding Tax collected from the ministries.
