Some 400 years after the Mayflower's arrival in America, the Wampanoag Nation were finally able to tell their story in Plymouth UK - the very city from where the ship set sail.

They stood at the commemorative site to where the Mayflower ship sailed from in September 1620, arriving on Wampanoag land later that year.

For the first time, they will tell their story on stage, on English soil, starting with the performance of We Are The Land at @TRPlymouth

Arriving in Plymouth UK earlier today, the people of the Wampanoag Nation displayed their flag in front of the Mayflower Steps.

We are so thrilled that some of the Wampanoag Nation have arrived in Plymouth, where they will tell their story on stage for the first time, tomorrow evening.

Earlier they arrived by boat at the Mayflower Steps, were welcomed by @PlymLordMayor, and proudly displayed their flag.
