During my tour of Western Kenya last month with the team of United Alternative Government, I told my cousins of the coalition agreement between Ruto on one hand and Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi on the other hand.
I took my cousins through the agreement and what had been negotiated and agreed upon.
I explained to my cousins in details that the only part of the agreement that had been honored is what Wetangula and Musalia negotiated as individuals and their families.
All that had been negotiated and agreed upon for the people had been ignored for the last four years and will not be implemented. This is because the last budget had been concluded and all those projects are not funded. Members of parliament were mobilized to abuse me and label me a tribalist who was inciting the people.
The above exposè by the Standard Newspaper confirms that I am an honest and truthful man.
That is the benifit to Mr. Moses Wetangula and his immediate and extended family.
The one for Mr. Mudavadi, I am sure will follow.
No wonder they are on an overdrive pleading with my cousins to re-elect Ruto so that they and their families continue to eat.
I will always stand with the truth and especially to my cousins, the Malembe Nation.

This morning, after checking in at the Kenya Airways desk at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, I bumped into Kisii Governor Hon. Simba Arati and Suna East MP Hon. Junet Mohamed, who had also checked in and were travelling to Kisumu. It was a chance encounter as each of us proceeded to board our flight.
Contrary to false claims circulating online, this was neither a meeting held last night nor a planned engagement. It was simply a chance encounter between leaders at the airport.
I then proceeded to Kisumu to join Siaya Governor Hon. James Orengo, People’s Liberation Party Leader Hon. Martha Karua, and the faithful for a church service at Apondo SDA Church in Ahero.
Dear TUTAM supporters😏
Why TUTAM?
Why exactly would you want Ruto to rule this country for another term? Please just tell me
Is there something we don’t know?
Are we just haters?
Are we just “tribal”? Feel free
I have had a fruitful and engaging breakfast meeting with my cousin and former colleague Governor @GeorgeNatembeya here in Nairobi.
We have discussed the forthcoming tour of the Western Kenya Region by the United Alternative Government starting tommorow, Friday 12th June, 2026. The Governor has briefed me on the commitment of the great people of Western Kenya to join other Kenyans in liberating our Nation which has been mismanaged by this cleptomaniac regime.
I am very happy that Governor Natembeya just like me and colleagues in the United Alternative Government is clear that the only way to liberate our country is to identify one Presidential candidate to face Mr. William Ruto on 10th August, 2027.
I have briefed him on my 45-Day stakeholder engagement at my Wamunyoro Residence to build consensus with my support base on the identification of a single presidential candidate for the United Alternative Government. This is as espoused in our Party, @DCP_Democracy, philosophy of listening to the people.
He has assured me the same conversation is now current in Western Kenya, and indeed the whole country is united to a man in demanding change that will bring back better our Nation.
God Bless Kenya.
The courts pronouncement on @rigathi impeachment is flawed and troubling.
Once the court found that the right to fair hearing had been violated, it was duty bound to nullify the impeachment proceedings.
Damages cannot be a substitute to the right to fair hearing, and this pronouncement is a blot on our jurisprudence @Kenyajudiciary@LawSocietyofKe
The Gachagua judgment is a political decision at best as it is legally absurd. The Constitution expressly provides that any decision in violation of rights void. The effect of impeachment is that the person cannot hold public office. So how does a decision in violation of rights for which the Court has awarded damages operate as a bar to running for office. Those are judicial gymnastics that reflect a captured court
Why are we having total revolt, show utter disgust and having nothing but contempt for our courts? Why are Kenyans unhappy with every judgment of our courts? Why do Kenyans believe that every judgment of a Kenyan court is JurisPESA induced? How can we move foward when we don't have courts free from JurisPESA or political interference? Where do we go from here?
It was good that the entire judgment was read word for word and broadcasted live for ten hours to the entire Kenyan public. How else would you have understood the problems we keep pointing out daily about incompetence, misconduct and misbehavior by a Judges?
Under Article 25(c) of the constitution, the right to fair trial is a non-derogable right. So how can the court make quasi constitutional excuses on amorphous grounds in its refusal to set aside the impeachment of Hon Rigathi Gachagua? The Gachagua judgment in my humble opinion is on a shaky, shallow, soggy and sandy soil.
