I think most of all people just want consistency and bc they’re used to American they want it all in American but if it was always all in pct then people would be mad if they switched to American

There is a fixed amount of profit across the industry, by sharing ways to take some of it, you inevitably reduce the amount available to you.
This is especially true if you are sharing edge in niche spaces.

@manulbets2 Honestly, as long as you’re aware of those things, they aren’t even “must fix” situations. Of course it’s better to fix than not to haha, but you can make a lot of money by winning against the median with a deep understanding of where your model loses its edge
