My close friend and classmate had a PPO after his summer internship from Atlassian as an SDE, starting this year after we graduated. Unfortunately, the offer was revoked because of company changes and economic downturn. I can vouch for his skills—he's participated in ICPC regionals, excels in teamwork (we worked together on projects in our 7th and 8th semesters), consistently maintained a high GPA, possesses strong backend development knowledge, and took the lead in organizing coding competitions and events during our college festivals. I have cleared coding tests of:
- Google
- Goldman Sachs
- Codenation
- Bloomberg
- Hudson River Trading
- Atlassian and many more...

I wouldn't have cleared any of the above if I wasn't already very good at CP.

I have failed in following during college:
- Linkedin (couldn't solve a Matrix Expo problem)
- IMC Trading (solved all problems, wasn't fast enough)
- Intuit (couldn't solve a Segment Tree problem)

I could have cleared the above if I was better at CP.

You can hear people saying CP is a waste of time but if you look at it from a placement perspective, CP actually enables you to get an interview.

If you compare the coding tests in 2023-24 to that of 2020-21, you would only find the difficulty increasing.

When I talk to some of the alumni from TLE Eliminators today, almost everyone tells me that they wouldn't have got that job/internship without their CP skills.
