Our passion is working with glass, fluid and flowing, inspired by the natural world around us here in Devon from country to coast.
For indoors or garden.
It’s incredibly disappointing to find a crop you have been tending to all year, trashed just before harvest! How can people be so selfish 🌾🚙💨! #harvest25

It's not just councils, it's also homeowners who are mowing, strimming & spraying the verges.
So many verges here look more like lawns, no wildflowers, no insects, no invertebrates just lots of tidiness & a huge biodiversity problem.
🚫🌼 Most UK councils still spray pesticides in parks, playgrounds and pavements, harming bumblebees and other wildlife.

Studies show: Trees are the true air conditioners. Under a tree, the temperature can be 15 C° cooler than measured in the ambient air. Shade and evaporation create the same effect as a conventional A/C, but without electricity. A tree produces about 20-30 KW/h, as much as ten A/C

Again let’s talk about #honeybees in the context of ‘Saving the Bees’.
Let’s cut the bull and cut to the chase as there’s way too much confusion/misinformation out there which is a hinderance to & detrimental to genuine bee saving.

"Don't even think about wild swimming here... Treat the river as if it is a biohazard".
@SteveBackshall broadcaster, author and naturalist reveals the utterly shocking if not potentially lethal lab results he got from water testing in the River Thames. 🤮🤮🤮
Desperately sad news.
Museums are treasure houses of objects and knowledge, founts of inspiration for future generations, places of wonder - and research. Places that invite us to see ourselves in a deep, wide context.
Our society and culture is impoverished if we lose them.
Having spent many hours behind the scenes in this one, poring over skeletal collections at National Museum Wales, working with archaeologists there, my heart is riven by this sad news.
