I got a personal trainer about a year ago and could barely squat the bar. Now I’m up to 100 pounds which is still super not impressive but I’m very proud of myself. 🥲
The Beautiful Letdown album inspired me to become a musician and songwriter. It is front to back one of my favorite albums of all time. As a kid, I would go to concerts to see Switchfoot with my brother Kevin in our Jean jackets… Singing every word out! The first song I ever performed live was Switchfoot’s song 24. Years later, I got to perform with Switchfoot on stage outside of a college football game at the Rose Bowl. And now to re-record a song that molded me as a young person and continues to be a reminder of how much their music has affected and continues to affect me every day. The world needs Switchfoot!

The Beautiful Letdown (Our Version) releases this Friday! This album has meant the world to us for 20 years. As our way of honoring the journey we’ve been on together, we’ve re-recorded the album in its entirety. Thanks for singing these songs with us for 20 years ❤️.
I had a dream @JudahLee needed a bass player and I got asked and it was wonderful and then I woke up and was sad

Hey. Mental health is important. I went and got my new license yesterday by myself which is literally unheard of for my anxious self. Meds are helping. If you’re struggling, you deserve to feel better too.
Here’s to moving forward. 🥂
Our brains are often trying to keep us safe, but that doesn’t mean they’re always telling us the truth. You are loved. You are not a burden. You are capable.
Today I went to Taco Bell and my total was $7.77 and cashier excitedly said “YOU SHOULD GO TO THE CASINO!! THAT’S A LUCKY NUMBER!”
It was very wholesome. 😄🌮
I was at a red light behind a school bus and a boy in the back waved and then we played Rock Paper Scissors. I won, then we tied, and then he won and I saw all the kids on the bus cheer. It was very heartwarming and nice.
I went to the doctor by myself for the first time today at 28 years old. As someone who’s dealt with pretty severe anxiety for my whole life, this is a huge accomplishment. Thankful for the addition of medication to help life feel more “normal” and definitely more comfortable. 🥳
I spent multiple hours yesterday trying to make the PC version of Zoo Tycoon work on my Mac because I played it as a child (yes, 18 years ago) and it was wonderful. It worked and I am THRILLED. 🦓
