Various private schools in the Valley are asking teachers to report to school during winter, and I genuinely don’t understand why. Is winter break only meant for students? Doesn’t winter affect teachers too?

They work for 6 days a week, 9 hours a day, and now you still expect them to come in and do nothing, just because private schools have to justify paying their salaries? What kind of logic is that? I request the School Education Ministry kashmir to look into this matter seriously.
