Xenia (a Xbox 360 emulator) throwing out a warning accusing you of piracy if it detects ISO files, a DISC IMAGE FORMAT, is the funniest thing i've seen all day
@ThatOneIguess@XenoPanther Unfortunately, we don't have unlimited time to fix petty things in the measly spare time we get. The computer needs to be smart enough to not break, and if it ever does, it has to fix itself, which Windows does
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@ThatOneIguess@XenoPanther that happens 0 times in a lifetime lol. besides if you intentionally fk up your PC, windows has the ability to repair itself automatically without user input, where Linux just says "bricked? eh, not my problem"
@yaboiblackface@XenoPanther Yep, and only OpenSUSE and Fedora and Vanilla does that. And none of them are good enough yet.

(Source: I've used all 3 of them for a week last month)

I'd say once immutability and dependency + app sanndboxing becomes a thing, Linux could finally be fully stable.
@Neil_Sarg Good luck convincing shareholders to approve spending 2x more money on adapting the same OEM app to Material Design 3 interface + increased bugs + increased storage
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
