Account and of gold status and will never book AL again for my team after being charged £23 to cancel after AL could not find a driver in time even though you had hours warning!
@AddisonLeeHelp Never using Addison Lee again. I also have gold status on my Addison Lee account as I book numerous cars for my team! I am moving them to use someone else since I get charged £23 to cancel the booking since you can’t find a driver for me
@UberEats just ordered food from KFC, paid for priority, then the courier was close by, and then turned and went elsewhere and ended up further away, then turned up with the wrong order, why it customer service is so difficult to get to get in touch to sort out.
@Deliveroo Deleting my account! The Customer Service is terrible. Not helpful, in fact I would say dealing with my blocked account was too much for the customer service to deal with! Tired of these apps hiding behind online and not being able to talk to a real person
@YodelOnline I have earlier today phoned to find out where my package is as it was out for delivery and 7 stops to go, my package never got delivered. Today I found out that it was attempted - however I have a Ring doorbell and can see no attempt was made. How gullible are we??
@SimplyBeUK where is my delivery which I paid for next day and it has not arrived - as usual Evri says it is out for delivery but as usual it’s not here. Please advise when it will be delivered. Please stop using Evri for deliveries!

@ComCabLondon@MayorofLondon This is the reason why we need Uber. A 90 year old woman who needed to attend an urgent hospital appointment could not get there because ComCab could not allocate a driver despite booking the car at 11am for a 4pm appointment today.
@ComCabLondon What’s happening? A 90 year old woman is trying to get to her hospital appointment for 4pm and it has been booked since 11am and no driver has been allocated… she will miss her urgent care appointment - will have to call Uber instead
@marksandspencer The parcel never arrived today either according to M&S customer service assured me it would be here today. So I can’t stay in waiting for non packages to arrive so could someone issue a refund for non delivery of item by Evri?
@marksandspencer Why do you use Evri as a delivery company? They don’t deliver!!! Been waiting my delivery onlyto be told they attempted delivery which they did not! Look at the photo of their attempted delivery. My door is blue!
@marksandspencer I have already spoken to Customer Services, and got a refund on my next day delivery as it was not delivered and now I have to stay in another day of my weekend because Evri couldn’t be bothered to deliver

@eon_next It is in regard to payment but before payment can be made, we need to provide meter readings and as emailed twice, you need to set up the account with the other meter. I have sent photos of the meters as requested by Eon and nothing still has not been done!!
@eon_next The only way to actually deal with you is on the phone, only to be told to send an email! We have been sending emails and we have had no response! It’s obvious you don’t want to be paid!
