That’s right:
“Economic sovereignty is built long before a trade negotiation begins. It happens when someone starts a company in Toronto rather than moving it to Silicon Valley. When that company can raise enough capital to remain Canadian. When it scales from 100 employees to 10,000. When its founders become investors and finance the next generation. When Canadian companies own technology, brands, intellectual property, manufacturing capacity and supply chains that the rest of the world actually needs.”

I've always believed that you can't be what you can't see so I will never take moments like this for granted.
Whether it's empowering more girls in tech or entrepreneurship in all its forms, building is building and we need more of it 💛
Well, I didn't expect to be teaching my 5 year old about entrepreneurship yesterday.
I also never thought she'd find me in a book on a shelf in a public library but life is magical and this was definitely one of those 'pinch me' moments.
"What's an entrepreneur, mommy?"
My no. 1 piece of advice as we enter the AI age:
Stop looking for the career. Go do something absolutely unhinged... string together experiences that have never been strung together before.
There has never been a better time to start a business.
The tools are cheaper.
The reach is global.
The barriers are gone.
And for the first time, AI is a co-founder anyone can afford.
If you’ve been waiting, this is your signal.
Life gets a lot easier when you realize the key to success is consistent, persistent, unrelenting, day-after-day, week-after-week work on the things that matter.
