Meria obtient son agrément PSCA (Prestataire de Services sur Crypto-Actifs) auprès de l'AMF, au titre du règlement européen MiCA.

L'agrément couvre l'intégralité des services d'investissement sur crypto-actifs : conservation, échange, exécution d'ordres, conseil, gestion de portefeuille et transfert.

La particularité de Meria tient à son modèle : une infrastructure blockchain opérée en propre, ses validateurs, son staking, ses sources de rendement produites en interne, adossée à une plateforme d'investissement désormais régulée MiCA.

Cette combinaison fait de Meria le seul acteur de ce profil à obtenir l'agrément.

Fondée en 2017, régulée en France, l'une des juridictions les plus exigeantes d'Europe en matière de crypto.

Pas de marché, pas d'acheteur. Le site New Liberty Standard fait un calcul : le coût de l'électricité pour faire tourner un ordinateur pendant un mois, divisé par le nombre de bitcoins qu'il a minés sur la même période.

Résultat : 1 $ = 1 309,03 BTC.

La première vente connue arrive une semaine plus tard : 5 050 BTC pour 5,02 $.

17 ans après, 1 BTC s'échange autour de 86 000 $.

Mais attention, il y a toujours des risques. Bitcoin reste volatil, et la communauté a un vrai chantier devant elle avec l'informatique quantique. Des propositions de mise à jour sont déjà sur la table.

This update allows us to maintain consistent performance, reliability, and uptime across our supported networks.

🔵 Il y a quatre ans jour pour jour, Ethereum a changé de moteur en plein vol.

Le 15 septembre 2022, bloc 15 537 394 : The Merge.

👉 Le réseau abandonne le Proof of Work pour le Proof of Stake (des validateurs qui immobilisent 32 ETH pour sécuriser la chaîne).

Aucune interruption. Aucune transaction perdue. Et une consommation électrique en baisse d'environ 99,95 % (@ethereumfndn).

Ce jour-là, le staking est devenu la colonne vertébrale d'Ethereum. Depuis, chaque bloc est proposé et vérifié par des validateurs, pas par des mineurs.

🤝 Et pour eux, sécuriser le réseau a aussi un prix : des récompenses en ETH, générées simplement en immobilisant leurs tokens. Un mécanisme désormais accessible à tous, sans avoir à faire tourner un validateur soi-même.

Meria is partnering with @everstake_pool to integrate Blockspace, its Solana MEV infrastructure.

Through Blockspace’s SlotStream and TPU integrations, our Solana validator can access additional blockspace and orderflow on top of its standard staking rewards.

The integration creates a new reward potential for our validator while keeping the existing staking infrastructure and validator operations unchanged.

Another step toward continuously optimizing Meria’s Solana infrastructure.
