Why are Jews so successful in so many industries?

The answer lies in history, culture, and values - not myths.

1. Banking & Finance:

In medieval Europe, Christians were forbidden by the Church to lend money with interest. Jews, often barred from land ownership and many trades, entered moneylending - one of the few professions open to them. Over centuries, this developed strong financial literacy and trust networks.

2. Entertainment & Media:

Early Hollywood was founded largely by Jewish immigrants shut out of other industries. They built a storytelling empire from scratch; studios like Warner Bros., Paramount, and Universal, turning discrimination into opportunity.

3. Science & Medicine:

Jewish emphasis on education and critical thinking; rooted in studying Torah and Talmud - fostered excellence in medicine, physics, and mathematics.

Despite being less than 0.2% of the world's population, Jews have received over 20% of Nobel Prizes.

Out of perseverance, persecution, exclusion, and strong family values over the millennia, the Jewish population learned to be resilient by defining their own opportunities. This has allowed them to preserve their heritage against all odds including the Holocaust.

As of January 2026, the Jewish population has not yet reached the population numbers recorded prior to the Holocaust!

Que curioso que (a diferencia de lo que se hace contra #Israel) desde Europa no se organicen flotillas en apoyo al Pueblo de #Iran, ni las feministas salgan a manifestarse por la terrible opresión a las mujeres iraníes, ni tampoco protestan los gremios LGBT por la represión a los gays en Irán, en donde se los condena a muerte.

- No veo a los medios, universidades y sindicatos pedir boicots, bloqueos y embargos a Irán, ni protestas contra sus deportistas, artistas, actores, empresas, etc.
- Tampoco hay convocatorias de gobiernos europeos a romper relaciones diplomáticas, comerciales o culturales con Irán, un país en donde hay policía moral, presos políticos, tortura y ejecuciones públicas.
- Un país en donde no hay elecciones libres, ni libertad de prensa, ni libertad de expresión real, y en donde las minorías religiosas y étnicas son perseguidas.
- ¿Y el Tribunal de La Haya? Ha abierto algún caso contra la catástrofe migratoria y la represión política en Venezuela? ¿Alguna advertencia a los Ayatollahs o al régimen de Al Sharaa en Siria? 😈
