20 miles on the bike today, 90+ wildlife records and a fine footy break @MerseyValleyFC - a real fave ground of mine. Well done to @UptonJFC on a good performance and winning promotion. I shall hopefully be back watching Mersey Valley next week for me 76th game of the season.
