• IRES (https://t.co/zZnTgJtUsc) — strategic studies institute
• HACA (https://t.co/tD02CZZ59y) — media regulatory authority

The actor is distributing the dataset publicly and included a download link in the post.

⚠️ At this stage, the claims remain unverified.

A few observations:
