🚨 Breaking: As Kenyans continue reacting to the Rigathi Gachagua ruling, President Ruto has departed

Belgium for Norway aboard chartered private jet T7-BBJ2. We've been tracking the flight for several hours.

One thing I've consistently observed is that whenever a major political event is unfolding in Kenya, the President often seems to be out of the country.

The bigger question is this: after visiting more than 90 countries and announcing over 200 deals and agreements, which of those have significantly changed the lives of ordinary Kenyans?

This isn't even criticism. It's a simple question.

Some people get upset whenever I question these trips. That's fine.
But asking questions is part of accountability.

High Court upholds impeachment of ex-DP Rigathi Gachagua, but awards him Sh50m damages payable by the Senate

Breaking: The Senate has been ordered to pay Rigathi Gachagua KSh 50 million.

Honestly, my view of the entire ruling is that the impeachment ought to have been quashed. Looking at the findings on fair hearing, public participation, and the overall process, I think the Court of Appeal could very well reach a different conclusion.

To me, parts of this process have felt biased and unfair. But in the end, we must respect the law and the courts, even when the outcome is not what we expected.

Am I missing something in the ruling, or do others also see strong grounds for an appeal?
