For instance: as a tester, I sometimes want to generate instances of data that is in some sense extreme, and I want to label it as such in the metadata. And although *I* don't speak Chinese, Chinese testers do.

Today's bug in Twitter (although perhaps to Twitter, it's a feature): I go to my list of followers. I scroll down. I continue to scroll down a long way. After a while, I get "Something went wrong", and a retry button — but that's long before the end of the list.
