@JonnyRoot_ Not only that, a QB with a 58% completion percentage last year is the on the cover over someone like Matthew Stafford who was the MVP of the league and will probably never get the opportunity to be on it again? Awful decision.
@Peter_Bukowski Except that should have been Jaxson Dart’s response, not Abdul Carter. Jaxson Dart wasn’t the one who took public issue with who Abdul Carter supports. Abdul was the one who created controversy where there wasn’t any to begin with.
@realDailyWire And yet here he is, one step away from representing one of the strongest red states in the country. Maybe instead of playing in the sand this entire time, our politicians should have exposed this guy sooner.
James Talarico personifies exactly what the Right allowed to spread and take root across the entire country the past 18 years.
They joke about the lunacy and laugh it off as if the madness won't come to fruition, but then before you know it, you look up and it's in all of our backyards.
@jackunheard There should be counterprotests to all these straw-man demonstrations. We can call it "No Straw-Man Protests". Ironically, that would actually be opposing something that's real.
If there's no God, there's no true meaning to pain or suffering. In fact, there's no meaning to anything if there's only matter and energy.
The idea of meaning is immaterial itself. And if there's only matter and energy in the world and nothing immaterial, then any meaning we create is just the result of our neurons firing in our brain haphazardly, with no real objectiveness to what we create.
You would think that as people grow older, they would more deeply appreciate the gift of living to see each new year. But it’s actually the opposite... they only long to be younger with each passing year.
Instead of acknowledging the wisdom and dignity that should come with age, they only stare into the rearview mirror at the past, which is impossible to return to.
If you choose to develop those talents that God has given you, that's where true excellence manifests. Everyone has talents—it's up to the individual to develop them.
Talent is a gift. Excellence is a choice.
God gave you the gift. The excellence is on you.
Every day you decide what to do with what you were given.
The question isn't whether you're talented.
The question is whether you're choosing excellence with what you've been given.
@RepFine If a bill can't get passed that has bipartisan support with over 80% of the American people, what makes anyone think something like this will get passed? If you can't even pass the SAVE America Act, a bill like this has almost a zero percent chance.
It’s really astonishing how public figures nowadays think they can get away with lying when everything they say is recorded and posted for millions of people to view and review themselves. Maybe it was easy to get away with 60 years ago when there were no smartphones or home computers, but nowadays you’re accessible to virtually everyone at the click of a button.
Which begs the question: do these public figures just think their audience is incredibly stupid, or are they just extremely arrogant to not care or be convicted about their lies?
@FoxNews Nobody who is well informed believes ICE is a “domestic army”. Just blatantly lying to provoke a base of people who probably believe that. I’m glad we’re turning down the rhetoric though…
@ChrisLuvYeshua@EndWokeness They are trying to walk the fence and slip by in the midterms. We can't let it happen. Enough is enough. Trump used to talk about "draining the swamp", but it's time for constituents to step up.
