Once #HRT is started than as per NICE guidance, a review should happen after 3month, then depending on response 3-6month.
Once established a HRT review should happen once a year.

Testosterone is not an “essential” hormone for women. Misinformation in the media risks medicalising a normal life stage. Testosterone is only indicated for low libido in postmenopausal women & doesn’t support claims that it helps other menopause symptoms, bone loss or dementia.>
Does this doctor not get it yet 😡😡! Is this a marketing push for the book ?
16% of women in UK taking HRT the remainder have either tried it and stopped or don’t want to or cannot take it .Lots of research to prove exercise hugely beneficial 💪
I have no words. The latest edition of Estrogen Matters says that exercise has NO impact on bone strength in post menopausal women who aren’t taking HRT… Help me prove him wrong!
