Mighty

Mighty is a free AI tool for injured consumers to fairly settle their personal injury claims without a lawyer.

@paulg Trial lawyers also hate that AVs have cameras and sensors. No ambiguity means no arguments means eventually no need to hire someone to fight over the story. Which means the end of contingency.

Legal innovation isn’t just about technology.

It’s about aligning incentives so consumers get better outcomes, not just faster ones.

Not every car accident case needs a lawyer.

Some do. Many don’t.

The key is knowing which situation you’re in before giving up a percentage of your claim.

[Mighty @mighty]

The current system pushes people who have been in an accident. toward hiring a lawyer by default.

A better system helps people understand their options first.

The goal isn’t just to settle.

It’s to know what your claim is worth

so you can decide what’s actually worth giving up.

Most people think they have two options after a car accident:

handle it themselves or give up ~33% to a lawyer.

There’s a third option, and it starts with understanding your claim. 🧵

The third option is understanding your claim first,
before deciding how to handle it.

That’s where tools like Mighty come in.

How long does a car accident settlement take?

Most fall somewhere between a few months and a year, but the real answer depends on your injuries, treatment, and how complex the case is.

[Mighty @mighty]

Most people don’t struggle with filing a claim.

They struggle with valuing it correctly and negotiating from there.

That's where Mighty comes in. Find out what your case is worth at https://t.co/PVn8EPb51b.

Insurance companies evaluate rear-end claims based on documentation.

The more clearly you can show treatment, costs, and impact, the stronger your claim tends to be.

Mighty helps you understand your claim the same way insurers do - using real data, expert insight, and AI built for injury cases.

Advice we’d give a friend after an accident: Know the value of your claim and what insurance is offering before giving 33-40% to an accident lawyer.

[Joshua Schwadron @joshuaschwadron]

This practice is unethical and likely rare. The real scandal is that almost every pre-suit personal injury firm is now using AI to automate the vast majority of the labor while still charging a legacy 33-40% fee. They’ve collapsed their own costs, charge the same, and consumers see no benefit. @mighty exists to change this dynamic.

[Mighty @mighty]

Insurance companies typically require “prompt” or “timely” notification of an accident. While they may not specify a strict 24-hour window, without a timely report, it’s harder to prove the accident caused your injuries or losses, especially if new symptoms emerge days later.

[Mighty @mighty]

So sorry you're going through this but glad to hear you're okay. If this ends up going through insurance, it usually comes down to the injury, what coverage is in play, and what the insurer will offer. People default to “hire a lawyer,” but 33% is a big cut. AI can now do so much of what a lawyer does at the start of a claim and can help you understand the info you need to negotiate with insurance.

Before you accept your offer, check what it’s actually worth → https://t.co/PVn8EPaxbD

Your insurance company hopes you accept the first offer.

Because it’s usually lower than what your case is actually worth.

Here’s why you should always get a second opinion 🧵

8/ Bottom line:

Never accept the first offer blindly.

Take a few minutes. Get a second opinion.

It could be worth thousands.
