@Uber_Support I saw your DM. I am not disputing whether your driver followed due process. I am asking why he took my food and you’re okay with that? I contacted the restaurant and the food was never returned to them and this driver was previously reported by them to Uber for similar behaviour.
@Uber_Support DM sent. I’ve just received another response from the chat bot saying I’m not getting a refund because the driver followed due process. So does your due process include drivers stealing our food? Worse, the restaurant say they’ve reported this driver to you before!
