reliance jio makes fake promises and for past 12 months fooling me around i dont know what to do? Please help.
they are not returning my security money, even after providing everything they asked.

I have at least made more than 40 calls, have written over 20 mails and more than 20 tweets but it seems that Jio is adamant not to pay back my security deposit.

It is difficult to believe that Jio has failed to pay back a meagre amount of just Rs 4500 but it seems that your organisation had nefarious intention to usurp hard earned of your customers who trust you.

I think so Jio is nothing more than scam organisation which may have one of the world's most valuable organisation as its parent company but has failed to pay Rs 4500/- since last one year.

@JioCare I hope that the issue is resolved within a reasonable time. I also shared issue on twitter on 6th june but I have still not received any reply.

I had a Jio fiber connection (Relationship ID: 9711201705), whose internet services were terminated in June 2019. Our router was collected in January, 2020 after various requests spanning 7 months.
