I was detained incommunicado without trial, tortured at Nyayo Torture Chambers, and expelled from the University of Nairobi in 1987 for resisting the KANU-Moi dictatorship and organizing students against one-party rule. I was only 21.

I was forced into exile to Tanzania in December 1987; Swaziland in February 1988; and Canada in June 1988. I traveled on a UN passport!

In 1989, we founded the Committee for Democracy in Kenya (CDK), which I coordinated from exile until Section 2A of the old Constitution was repealed and Kenya became a multi-party state.

Between 1987 to 2009, successive Kenyan regimes refused to issue me with a Kenyan passport, which was my right.

I returned to Kenya in 2007 and continued the struggle for social justice.

On February 2nd, 2018, after founding the NRM-Kenya and organizing the Resist Movement against the Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto regime and their electoral theft, I was abducted, detained incommunicado, tortured for 6 days and forced into exile after Despot Uhuru Kenyatta, Matiang’i & Co. had illegally seized and destroyed my valid Kenyan passport. My house was bombed and destroyed!

The Uhuru Kenyatta regime illegally issued Red Alerts against me, blocked me from returning to Kenya and using electronic money transfer systems. They also defied all court orders which had directed them to issue me with a passport and grant me unfettered entry into the country.

Upon returning to Kenya on March 26th, 2018, after the High Court had ordered that I should be granted entry with my national identity card, I was stopped from entering the country, physically assaulted, detained and tortured in a tiny toilet at the JKIA.

On March 28, 2018, Justice Odunga ordered that I should be released and NOT be removed from Kenya.

On March 29, 2018, I was physically assaulted, injected with noxious substances and sedated. In defiance of the Court Order, the impunity merchants transported me to Dubai while I was unconscious and dumped me at the Dubai international airport without a passport and my personal effects.

On October 20, 2022, I returned to Kenya after five years of forced exile, when the Ruto regime had issued me with a passport, which the Uhuru Kenyatta regime had illegally destroyed.

I found my house in ruins and started the slow and long path of reconstruction and repairs of the damage caused by the bomb-blast.

I have sacrificed and suffered torture, detentions, pain, exile and financial ruin because of my struggle against tyranny and injustice.

Those who have not struggled, sacrificed or suffered for the liberation should not have the temerity to demand that I continue to suffer for them when they do nothing to liberate themselves!

With the structural, institutional and legal defects in the colonial plantation we call Kenya, even if you elect Jesus Christ, the problems will never be solved, the citizens will never be accorded dignity and both equity and social justice will never be realized.

All your saviours, slave masters and organized bandits know this but they are not interested to address the structural and institutional defects because if they are effectively addressed, organized bandits will not be able to plunder, murder and abuse power with impunity—which are their main motivations.

So, they excite you with empty slogans, beautiful poetry, eloquent speeches, ethnic jingoism and lofty promises they have no intentions of implementing because you are nothing but a cheap, idiotic and gullible slave.

Until you wake up and realize that only a REVOLUTION—the complete and total overhaul of the colonial state and its transformation is the solution—you will keep cheering and chasing after conmen for months and years then spend the rest of your pathetic lives knasing your teeth, or grovelling to your graves.

Don’t ask me “how?” when I have repeatedly told you to organize yourselves and take power. It’s the only tested and effective way.

Revolution is the only means all oppressed peoples in France, Russia, China, Cuba, even the imperialist United States of America, liberated themselves from monarchies and transformed their societies from inhumane and oppressive systems to more improved ones.

Kenya is nothing but a slave plantation controlled by organized monarchical bandits.

Elections mean nothing in a structurally unjust society like Kenya. The injustices were established by design and the bandits whom you are cheering were carefully selected to keep you in bondage. They really don’t care about the slogans they chant or parties they form and pretend to belong to. Those are merely mechanisms of control and manipulation.

That’s why Rigathi Gachagua waxed lyrical about “getting rid of state capture” during the 2022 election but kept quiet immediately he was sworn in and never complained until Ruto orchestrated his impeachment.

The same way Edwin Sifuna took money from Ruto and voted for Gachagua’s impeachment—together with all the Linda Bandits—but he is now pretending to be Gachagua’s “comrade in struggle.”

The less said about Babu Patel’s, Natembeya’s, Matiang’i’s and Uhuru Kenyatta’s thuggery the better.

James Orengo has been an MP for more than 40 years and the Siaya Governor for more than 4 years. He is the CEO of Siaya with tens of billions of public money per year which he cannot account for. How does such a person sing “change” and zombies clap when he hasn’t brought change even to the chicken of Siaya county?

What programs do the Linda Bandits have for creating employment? For eliminating corruption? For eliminating police brutality? Of course,nothing.

Most Kenyans agree that Ruto must go and must be a one term president. But the solution is not to bring in another Ruto clothed in subterfuge. That’s why Ruto must go with all members of the organized bandits including those supporting, funding and owning the Linda Banditry. All bandits must go to jail. Kenya must be liberated of ALL merchants of Impunity—including Ruto, Uhuru Kenyatta, Matiang’i, Gachagua et al. Until then, the excitement is childish, idiotic and retrogressive!

Without a revolution, you will keep recycling eloquent and cunning merchants of impunity and bandits forever!

It’s your beloved but irredeemably corrupt and despotic Uhuru Kenyatta, the CHIEF FUNDER and owner of LINDA BANDITS who appointed William Ruto deputy president twice—in 2013 and 2017, respectively, and paved the way to the current UDA tyrannical regime.

It was your beloved conman Raila Odinga who appointed William Ruto a member of the ODM Pentagon in 2007 and cabinet minister in 2008.

It was your saviour Rigathi Gachagua who was Ruto’s running mate and deputy president from 2022 to 2024.

And it is your beloved Edwin Sifuna, together with Raila Odinga, who betrayed the GenZs to save Ruto in 2023 when they signed the Broad-based agreement to support the Ruto regime.

Your beloved Rigathi Gachagua praised the murderous police after hundreds of GenZs had been abducted, tortured and murdered.

Miguna has never been a member of PNU, Jubilee, TNA, URP, or UDA. I resigned from ODM in 2011 and never rejoined it. The bandits you are cheering are the ones who have plundered the economy, been members of the organized bandits, and have committed heinous crimes including mass murder!
