201 days after we purchased our couch, it was finally delivered from @westelm today. Of course no one has any idea where our coffee table is.

Hopefully the seven pieces of furniture we bought that day in September last forever because I'll never buy anything from them again.

@timcheadle @westelm They've also just gotten so used to lying. The salesperson was amazing. The delivery people have been amazing. But the logistics and communication team have lost a customer forever including for any brand @WilliamsSonoma owns.
