her attorney’s exact public statement does describe her looking at the center screen “at the last second” to realize the truck was planning straight ahead instead of curving. That phrasing comes straight from Bob Hilliard in multiple interviews and court filings: “At the last second she looked at the screen and realized the Tesla truck was not going to go right and it wasn’t going to go left, it was going to go straight over the overpass.”
Tesla’s official FSD (Supervised) user agreement and in-car prompts are crystal clear on this point (unchanged as of 2026):
• You must “keep your eyes on the road at all times.”
• You must remain “fully attentive” and “actively supervising” the vehicle.
@OutofSpecDetail In a normal week, I spend exactly 0 minutes waiting for my car to finish charging. It’s not that I’m arguing against faster charging, I just have no reason to argue for it.
