Also.... let's talk about quotes.... Why can I still not send a quote, then convert to an invoice once accepted? Have to use a 3rd party app for this too. These are basic functions that lots of small businesses need from their business account.

@StarlingBank Had a £ business account with the € account with you for years and use business toolkit for invoicing. Still have to use a 3rd party app to send € invoices to Euro clients. Are you ever gonna add the functionality to send invoices in €? Or am I moving to @monzo?

@O2 Ordered a SIM only plan 7 working days ago. Still not arrived. Please advise. Called customer services and the line was dreadful, I could barely hear them, they couldn’t hear me. All I got was that “someone will email you in 24-48 hours”. WHAT?
