🐶 ah, right. hyung, since you’re here, there’s something i want to say. luvity might misunderstand this, but please lock the bathroom door when you use it. hyung, when you shower, you don’t lock the door. so usually, i’m listening to music at home, and then i go to the bathroom to wash my hands, right?

🐶 i’d really like to request that you start locking the door. of course, i know i should be paying attention too, but don’t people normally lock the door when they’re using the bathroom? i don’t know if someone’s in there, so i’ll just turn the light on and walk in. and we’re not using those old-fashioned click switches or anything.

🐶 it’s just one of those square switches where you press it and the light turns on or off. so i have no idea whether someone’s inside, i’ll turn on the light and walk in, and every time i’m like, "oh?" and immediately turn around and leave. we’ve run into each other while he’s in the bathroom, but honestly, it hasn’t been that embarrassing. but how are you supposed to use the bathroom without locking the door?

🐶 why do i always lie before a comeback? of course, luvity will call me a liar. when i give spoilers, i usually mix a few lies in with the truth. so technically, that’s 100% a lie, right? yeah, that’s true. but i don’t think anyone actually gets upset when they hear me lying anyway. so there’s no need to be disappointed.

minhee talked about the echo version concept photo where he was bare:

🐶 "now we’re going to change minhee’s outfit!" but i only had one outfit. an outfit change? what are you talking about? they said i had to take it off. "oh~ so it was actually real?" so i took it off.

🐶 of course, they didn’t just spring it on me, they had told me beforehand. but what you need to understand is, it’s not like i applied for it and said, "i want to take my clothes off!" absolutely not. do i really have to explain myself like this? luvity, you know i’m not some kind of exhibitionist

🐶 rather than focusing on the fact that i was taking my clothes off, i hope you can see it as me trying, or wanting to try, something a little more conceptual.

🐶 maybe it’s something like modeling. from what i’ve experienced with rerhee (the brand he's under during sfw 2027), there are outfits where the neckline goes down this far, and you don’t wear anything underneath. but it wasn’t that i thought it looked cool simply because i was taking my clothes off. it felt very artistic to me. it felt like something an artist would do.

🐶 maybe what was beautiful was seeing someone willing to challenge themselves like that. it also made me look like a professional. it’s not like i simply enjoy taking my clothes off, so i didn’t really have a strong aversion to it. that’s just how i saw it.

🐶 since we have a lot of young luvitys, as well as older luvitys who still have that childlike innocence, plus friends and luvitys who are the same age as me, i think i was just worrying for no reason. i guess i was worrying unnecessarily.

🐶 i feel really good when the fans say i’m "exceptional" because i happened to bring that up, but sometimes i’m not sure if they’re kind of making fun of me. so i’ll retract the "exceptional" part. from now on, i hope you’ll just tell me lots of nice things in whatever way luvity wants to express themselves.

💬 as you embark on your journey as actor Kang Minhee, is there anything you did to prepare for this new beginning?

🐶i don’t normally go on a diet, you know. when you’re filming a drama, you have to look really good throughout the whole filming period. since i was filming while eating healthily, i felt like i had more energy, and even when i didn’t get much sleep, i think i was able to maintain pretty good condition.

🐶 the character i’m playing this time is someone named woomin. he’s a character with a lot of history and wounds, and he’s someone who has a hard time opening up his heart. my heart really hurt while acting as him too. normally, i’m pretty playful and like to joke around a lot, but this time, i wanted to show a more serious side of myself. i wanted to show a little more aura, maybe? i wanted to show the image of a model student. it was fun

🐥 one of the staff said, “one of you will be shirtless. i won’t reveal who.” they only told them who it was on the day of the shoot because they were worried that if they knew beforehand, that person might bulk up and come prepared. so basically, it was just russian roulette. whenever one of them was eating something, they’d ask each other, "did you hear you’re the one going shirtless? Is it okay for you to eat this?"

🐺 minhee has really come to love 'love me' i’m honestly so grateful to minhee for so many things, ever since way back.

🐺 i think i’ve mentioned this before, but it could be because minhee thinks of me and has that in mind. anyway, minhee has often said that he really likes my songs. and this time too, when we were having a meeting, after the meeting, while we were with the team leaders, minhee said that love me was his favorite among my songs.

🐺 he’s listened to almost all of my songs, but ‘love me’ was the one he liked the most. he keeps telling me to push ‘love me’ too. and i always do.

🐺 after the meeting, when all the team leaders were there and we were talking about things like, "have we decided on the b-sides yet?" minhee would always say things like, "i recommend love me" or " i thought love me was a really good song"

🐺 i’m always grateful for things like that, especially since he’s been doing it for a long time.

🐶 i’ve already been working in society for a while and i’m 25, but i’m still a kid, you know? since i’m still young, i’m learning a lot as i go.

🐶 actually, pretty recently, maybe about two months ago, i thought, "i’m really getting old now." but then i thought about it again and looked around, and realized that i’m actually still really young.

🐶 i’m still such a kid, i don’t know much yet, and there are so many things i still need to learn. i’ve been thinking about that a lot lately. it suddenly hit me, "wow, i’m really still a kid."

🐶 i think that way too. everyone is different, so we need to talk a lot. i really want to talk a lot with luvity. honestly, i think communication is the most important thing. when there isn’t enough communication, misunderstandings can happen, you know?

🐶 that’s right. i feel the same way. when misunderstandings like that build up, i still try to talk a lot with luvity, and i believe that luvity generally knows me well. so, of course, i should be careful not to say things that could be misunderstood, but when topics like that come up, i hope you’ll think, "minhee isn’t someone who would do that."

🐶 it might sound selfish of me to say that, and maybe i shouldn’t, but i’ve never once said or done the things i talk about with bad intentions. honestly, that’s what makes it even harder.

🐶 that’s why i think talking things through is really important. but i also think that people can interpret things that way because they’re human. it doesn’t mean they’re wrong.

🐶 when there’s a misunderstanding, what matters is how we can talk to each other and communicate through it. even when luvity is really worried or disappointed, if you still come and tell me about it and explain how you feel, i’m always on luvity’s side. i’m always confident that i can apologize or comfort you.
