@RummazKnowsBest @leigh_fall This is the minimum wage law. The federal untipped minimum wage is $7.25/hour. The tipped minimum wage is the $2.13 stated above. That's why not tipping in America instantly makes you an asshole. The employers are supposed to ensure at least $7.25 equivalent, but rarely do.
