I have been MIA for a while, but I never paused growth.

One of the best decisions I made was joining the @AltSchoolAfrica Product Management Diploma. I'm now in my second semester, and I can confidently say I've been loving the experience.

One thing I'm learning about product management is that numbers don't tell the whole story.

Imagine your product's usage suddenly drops.

The data tells you what happened.

A feature they don't understand.
Or even a problem you didn't know existed.

This taught me that listening to users isn't just about collecting complaints.

It's about understanding their experience well enough to make better product decisions.
