MAY is Foster Care Awareness Month.. Arizonans for Children needs YOU to become a mentor! A mentor is paired with a child in the system and volunteers 8 hours a month for a 1 year commitment. 💙 These kids need someone to talk to/ look up to. Mentors do make a difference ✨

I am beyond humbled to have been nominated to attend George Mason University’s National Youth Leadership Forum: Law and CSI. My career ambition is to advocate for bully victims and prosecute their perpetrators.

When I created my M.I.R.R.O.R steps, I kept in mind the strategies that guided me to safety. “R” is Reach out: reaching out to a trusted adult to express your feelings, concerns, and receive guidance to ensure success. Through my programs- I have high hopes for the future!

I had the honor of reading one of my favorite stories to a Pre-K class this afternoon. Swimmy is about a fish who is constantly belittled about being different, and later is the “warrior” for all of the other fish. The kids had some great insights ✨🐟
