Manifesto: I joined Twitter 15 years ago. It had no real utility for me outside of a distraction. Now, I plan to use it to build my reach to young men in our society. I'm a simple man with a goal to change the world. I want to help as many young men as I can to be better. #SOWN
When new technologies emerge, people often assume the winning technology automatically means winning investments. History shows us that’s rarely the case.
Most companies disappear as competition sorts out the winners and losers, but the underlying technology will endure and continue transforming the world.
So are we in an AI bubble? Yes. But that has nothing to do with the lasting power of this innovation. @theallinpod@friedberg
Incredible.

View children as blessings, not burdens
“Marriage equality” is impossible because men and women are different, which means not equal. If “equality” is the motivating principle of your marriage, you will end up divorced. Not might, will. Guaranteed.
@JovanHPulitzer A decrease in brain myelin is also caused by a low cholesterol diet. We don’t eat enough fat in our diet due to the lie about cholesterol.
@CBSEveningNews I can’t trust a man who does not wear an undershirt with his white dress shirt. Dude, you look like a teenage boy putting on a tie for the first time.
“People by the thousands are leaving evangelical churches, because of Israel.
They are sick and tired of their churches and pastors support genocide”

Fuck, @JMUFootball and fuck @GreenWaveFB. They should have never been in the @CFBPlayoff it makes no damn sense how bad they lost. From now on if you have a great winning record, but you don’t play nobody during the season, sit your ass down.
If you don't let up on yourself and instead become comfortable always operating with some level of pain, you will evolve at a faster pace. That's just the way it is.
Every time you confront something painful, you are at a potentially important juncture in your life--you have the opportunity to choose healthy and painful truth or unhealthy but comfortable delusion. The irony is that if you choose the healthy route, the pain will soon turn into pleasure. The pain is the signal! Like switching from not exercising to exercising, developing the habit of embracing the pain and learning from it will "get you to the other side." #principleoftheday
When a self-described racist like Nick Fuentes, can so easily establish the moral high ground on the President of the United States, we’re in a dark place.
Many countries are going to raise the age for social media accounts to 16 in 2026 because.... parents everywhere see the damage.
Large majority of German adults want to do it. Even adolescents lean toward support:

@creation247 I want children, but my wife just can’t have them. So should I be punished? I do have children. I’m a previous relationship. Does that count? I mentor a group of young men who were raised by single moms and struggled in the education system. Do I still contribute nothing? Nuanced
In many movies of the past year, fathers are portrayed as having bad parenting instincts and as if they can only be a good parent when they follow a woman’s lead. https://t.co/GpWrVov1CE
In a world that prizes protecting feelings above everything, have we raised a generation that cracks where our grandparents stood firm—through wars, loss, and silent hardship?
Discomfort = trauma.
Feedback = attack.
Disagreement = enemy.
Entitlement has replaced discipline; resilience feels extinct.
That’s why tiny triggers explode into outrage, truth sparks hate, and projection reigns. It’s fragility dressed as strength.
Real growth lives in the uncomfortable: honesty, grit, inward fire.
What if embracing discomfort became true empowerment—the ultimate self-respect?
Where do you see this fragility most? Work? Relationships? Or is old-school grit making a comeback? Tell me below.
Dr. Andrew Huberman: "I don’t care if you’re atheist, agnostic, or a believer — when you truly study the brain, neuroplasticity, and biology at the level I have, you have to step back and just say: Wow. I believe in God."
