That matters.

The jury did not decide that OpenAI’s nonprofit-to-profit transformation was clean, ethical, or beyond criticism. It decided Musk’s claims were time-barred.

@Black_Action If the goal is reparations. You must first have a specific class of people that were harmed. The class must be defined. The US Govt. would not be obligated to pay reparations to Africans or Caribbeans, only direct, descendants of slavery in mainland US. It's called "standing."
